So far, I have been here for 7 months, and I am still enjoying it. Kristina, and Tommy are still amazing as well. To date what I enjoy most about my stay here is the communication. Kristina & Tommy are excellent communicators, and because of that things get done!

We moved in here recently. All the houses we tried looking at didn't allow dogs or didn't have a a shaded backyard. I googled villas and found this place with great reviews on google. Not having any neighbors attached to us and having a backyard we can make our own is the best thing ever! Management is always very nice and responsive. We just entered our first maintenance request for something minor and it got attended to quickly.

This is a quiet place and very clean. Yolanda is great to work with and very accommodating. Tommy is maintenance and always willing to help. Recommend The Villas at Chandler Heights. You will not be disappointed.

I recently moved from Atlanta to Phoenix with 2 kids and everything was new for us. The community Manager and Maintenance manager here are so flexible and responsive, which helped me settle very easily into this community. The community has a variety of houses, and everything is in the first floor, giving you the feel of being in a single family home at the same time being in an apartment community. Overall, my experience has been great!

We shopped around different apartment complexes in Chandler and no one was nearly as attentive and welcoming as Kristina! She helped every step of the way with moving in. The villa itself and premise is clean, beautiful, and very private. It’s a wonderful place to live! Oh, and no signs of bugs at all.

The apartments are nice and private but weve been very impressed by the customer service Kristina provided. Unlike most places we had rented, she’s very attentive and responsive when we contact her. I would highly recommend these apartments based on the quality of service and product. Great place to live!

Tommy the maintenance manager is just the same! There were a few move-in items that needed attention and Tommy was on it! He is always helpful and cheerful. They make a perfect team for this property and should be recognized for their awesome customer service and management of this property. Lastly the grounds here are beautiful, relaxing and quiet. If you want to reside in a quaint, clean, well managed & maintained property this is the place to call home!

They always take care of me like family. Being disabled and using a wheelchair it’s hard to find places that will help and be supportive, they always go the extra mile to accommodate me. Would recommend this place 10/10 simply because of the management and service tech.
